Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds, returns, and exchanges apply under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our store guidelines.

1. Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major failure, such as:

  • It is significantly different from the description

  • It is faulty or unsafe

  • It cannot be used for its intended purpose

For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind unless stated otherwise for specific products.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue

  3. Include clear photos or videos of the fault

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy under ACL.

4. Incorrect Items Received

If we send the wrong item:

  • We will replace it at no cost to you

  • We may request the incorrect item be returned (we cover postage)
    ​

5. Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions and a return address

  • Items must be returned in original condition unless faulty

  • Proof of purchase is required

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. Refunds

Refunds (when approved) are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for us to process the refund

  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons, certain items may not be returnable.
If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
